Ophelia Brew is from the Bronx, New York, and graduated summa cum laude from Howard University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and a minor in Philosophy. During her time at Howard, she was actively involved in legal research, public service, and advocacy, culminating in an honors thesis examining the relationship between marginalized communities and the criminal justice system. Before joining Scrofano Law PC, Ophelia gained experience through internships with the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the District of Columbia Superior Court, and the Office of Congressman Jamie Raskin.
