Client was the victim of an attempted carjacking, where two individuals shot at him.  Client shot back with an unknown gun-type weapon.  The incident was captured on CCTV video.  The would-be carjackers escaped, but after calling 911, client was ultimately arrested for weapons offenses.  At trial, the jury was not able to reach a unanimous verdict, with most jurors voting to acquit client.  The prosecution decided to dismiss the case rather than proceed with another trial.
