Amaya Garcia

Amaya Garcia is a Miami, Florida native and a graduate of The George Washington University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English. During her time at GWU, she gained experience in government, advocacy, and political organizations through internships with the Debbie for Florida U.S. Senate campaign, the U.S. House of Representatives, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, and the ACLU of Florida. Her experience includes legislative research, policy writing, constituent services, campaign operations, compliance, and community outreach.

Amaya serves as the Bilingual Legal Assistant in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office, where she supports Attorney Scrofano and Attorney Gnocchi throughout all stages of case management, client communication, and legal document preparation. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered support and helping individuals navigate the criminal justice system with professionalism and care.
