Miles Heffernan Bio

Miles is from Northern Virginia and graduated summa cum laude from William and Mary in May 2024. At William and Mary, he worked as a research assistant focusing on the causes and trends of child poverty in the 21st century. He was also secretary for his collegiate club tennis team.

Miles’ public service includes work for his local human services advisory council and with a non-profit focused on researching and combating opioid addiction in DC and Virginia. Miles lives in DC and in his spare time, enjoys playing tennis, trivia, and spending time with his friends and family. He hopes to attend law school and work as a criminal defense attorney.
